Please include date, time, and length of time that you are interested in booking for our time together.

*I require FULL SCREENING prior to approving any bookings, so if you would like to establish a relationship, I recommend sending the below items via email in advance of any booking requests.

*Please allow 24 hours for new client screening

If this is our first time booking together, then I will respond via email with a request for the below screening information:

1. Your LEGAL first and last name

2. Your actual phone number - not text app - I will not text/call without permission, but require this for safety screening.

3. Preferred phone number or text app where I can text you on day of service (if different from above)

4. Photo of your government issued photo ID

Professional or social handle ex. LinkedIn, Facebook (I will not add you, this is only for screening) that shows both your face and name

**Your security and privacy is of utmost concern to me, and I recommend sending this via password protected email or via Telegram app. I am also comfortable and willing to sign NDA’s upon request.**

*While I do not require a deposit for booking, please understand that providing a deposit shows that you intend to respect our time commitment to each other. I do prioritize booking requests with deposits when there are multiple requests for a certain time frame. The 20% deposit can be sent via cashapp or e-gift card.
